"Certificate of Completion" means the document issued by the Community Development Director indicating that a final inspection of a project requiring a Zoning Certificate, Building Permit, or other license from the City of Wyoming, has been finished and the work was found to be in compliance with the applicable provisions of the governing Code, regulations, or other measures where a Certificate of Occupancy is not otherwise required or required to be issued by the City of Wyoming.
