1103.09 BOARDING HOUSE.

"Boarding House" means a building other than a hotel, where, for compensation by prearrangement for definite periods, meals or lodging and meals are provided for three or more persons, but not exceeding twenty persons, and shall not include Bed and Breakfast Establishments pursuant to Codified Ordinance Chapter 1197.
