955.08 OWNER TO BE BILLED; CERTIFICATION TO COUNTY AUDITOR.
   Upon completion of the removal of the compost/yardwaste pile by the City, the property owner shall be billed for all costs incurred and shall be given thirty days to pay the same. In the event that the bill is not paid within thirty days, then such amount shall be certified to the Hamilton County Auditor for collection the same as other taxes and assessments are collected.
