925.02 EQUIPMENT AND MATERIAL FOR POLES AND WIRES.
   No wire, machinery or appliances used in placing or stretching wires upon poles, or in erecting poles or lines of wire, or in repairing poles or wires shall be left in the streets or public ways unaccompanied by men in charge thereof. Such materials or machines shall not interfere unreasonably with the public use of the streets or public ways. All wire and particles thereof, all insulators and attachments of every description, tools and machinery, tree limbs, brush and litter of every kind and description caused by the handling of the poles or wires, and working in and about the same, shall be immediately cleaned up and taken away as soon as the work is done. At no time shall such materials be left overnight.
