913.04 CITY TO ABATE NUISANCE.
   If the public nuisance is not abated within the required time, the City Manager may then cause it to be abated. After the public nuisance is abated, the City shall give notice by certified mail to the owner, occupant, or person having charge of the property involved, to pay the cost of such trimming or removal of weeds or grasses, which notice shall be accompanied by a statement of the amount of the cost of such trimming and removal, as well as all administrative costs as determined and regulated by the City Manager. In the event the same is not paid within 30 days after the mailing of the notice, then the cost thereof shall be reported to the Finance Director of the City, who shall certified it to the County Auditor, to be placed upon the tax duplicate and collected and paid back to the City or the City may take such other action permitted by law to collect any outstanding amounts due to the City.
