905.18 ADMINISTRATIVE GUIDELINES TO BE ESTABLISHED.

The City Manager shall establish and adopt a comprehensive set of administrative guidelines regulating the maintenance, repair, and replacement of sidewalks, drivewalk, driveway approaches, carriagewalks, and tree lawn areas.
