905.11 PROTESTS TO BE FILED IN WRITING.

Any protests regarding the Notice of Repair shall be filed in writing with the City Manager, who shall notify the person filing such protest of the date and place of hearing before the Architectural Review Board. Hearings shall be held in a timely manner which shall not exceed thirty days from the receipt of such protest by the City Manager.
