Sidewalks, drivewalks, carriagewalks, and driveway approaches shall be repaired to conform to the paved surfaces that they adjoin unless such adjoining paved surfaces are not in conformity with the requirements of the City Code or the approved Administrative Guidelines, in which event so much of the sidewalk, drivewalk, carriagewalk, and/or driveway approach that, in the opinion of the City Manger, requires repair, replacement, or reconstruction, shall be reconstructed to conform to the Code and/or the Administrative Guidelines. However, the City Manager may authorize the use of temporary repairs with materials and methods as may be approved.
