703.07 EQUIPMENT REGULATIONS.
   (a)   No alarm system terminating at the Police Station which utilizes a leased telephone line will be permitted without the installation of a device at the police station console which will indicate to the Police Department, at the time any such alarm is actuated that such actuation has not been caused by a power failure in the line.
   (b)    All equipment or parts of alarm systems to be installed in the Wyoming Municipal Building must be approved by the City Manager before a permit is issued. The weight, size, shape and noise level of any such equipment must be compatible with available space and normal operation of the City and the Police Department.
