537.16 FORTUNETELLING; CLAIRVOYANCE.
   (a)   No person, not legally licensed to do so, shall represent himself for hire to be an astrologer, fortuneteller, clairvoyant or palmist.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
