505.17 OBSTRUCTION ON OR IN PUBLIC SIDEWALKS AND PUBLIC PARKS.
   (a)   No person shall lead, drive, ride or hitch a horse or other animal on a public sidewalk or in a public park.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
