5-2-8: PETIT LARCENY:
Any person who unlawfully steals, takes and carries, leads or drives away the personal goods of another, of the value of which is any sum less than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), is guilty of petit larceny. (Ord. 2005-12, 9-22-2005)
