A person commits a misdemeanor punishable as provided in section 5-2-13 of this chapter if he knowingly obstructs, impedes or interferes with or resists arrest by a peace officer while engaged in the lawful performance of his official duties. (Ord. 2000-18, 11-13-2000, eff. 1-1-2001; amd. 2007 Code)
