5-2-4: PROPERTY DESTRUCTION AND DEFACEMENT:

A. Offense Defined: A person is guilty of property destruction and defacement if he knowingly defaces, injures or destroys property of another without the owner's consent. (Ord. 2000-16, 11-13-2000)

B. Penalty: Property destruction and defacement is a misdemeanor punishable as provided in section 5-2-13 of this chapter. (Ord. 2000-16, 11-13-2000, eff. 1-1-2001; amd. 2007 Code)
