4-3-3: POLICY:
   A.   Prohibited: No one can smoke or carry any lighted smoking instrument in any town facility.
   B.   Violation: Anyone persisting in smoking contrary to the terms of this chapter, after an oral or written request or warning to cease smoking from any person, shall be deemed to be in violation of this chapter. (Ord. 97-12, 11-24-1997)
