4-3-1: PURPOSE:

The purpose of this chapter is to protect the public health, safety and welfare of citizens, who utilize town facilities, by establishing restrictions on the use of smoking devices in places of employment and facilities of the town. (Ord. 97-12, 11-24-1997)
