AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF WRIGHT, WYOMING, APPROVING THE RE-SUBDIVISION OF LOT 3, BLOCK 1 LATIGO HILLS SUBDIVISION, FILING 4 TOWN OF WRIGHT, WYOMING TO BE KNOWN AS TRACT A, LOT 3A, LOT 3B AND LOT 3C, LATIGO HILLS SUBDIVISION TOWN OF WRIGHT, WYOMING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF WRIGHT, WYOMING THAT:
A request by Owners Mickey L Strohschein and Anita F. Strohschein was made to the Wright Planning & Zoning Commission for a Minor Plat re-subdivision which would re-subdivide one large lot which has a motel, a commercial building and a residence into three lots. Lot 3A will be where the residence is currently located, Lot 3B will be where the M&A Motel is currently located, and lot 3C will be the Subway Building is currently located.
On March 5, 2020, the Wright Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the Final Plat submitted by Owners Mickey L. Strohschein and Anita F. Strohschein. The Planning and Zoning Commission made their recommendation to the Wright Town Council to approve the re-subdivision.
Pursuant to the above, the properties that were described in the request for re-subdivision are hereby approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 26th DAY OF May 2020.
