12-1-1: STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION:

The legislature of the state of Wyoming has, per national flood insurance program regulations section 60.3(b), delegated the responsibility of local governmental units to adopt regulations designed to minimize flood losses. Therefore, the Wright town council of the town of Wright, Wyoming, does ordain as follows. (Ord. 2007-08, 12-10-2007)
