1-10-6: FORM OF REQUEST:
Applications for public records must be made in writing, and on an approved official form, adopted by the Town Council, which may be amended from time to time by resolution. However, the Clerk may in her or his discretion deem a verbal request to be an application if such verbal request is very simple and straightforward, and will only involve a few public records.
