1-9-15: RECORDING OF PROCEEDINGS:
When oral testimony of witnesses is taken in contested cases before an agency, the proceedings, including all testimony, shall be reported verbatim by a competent reporter or by tape recording. The compensation of such reporter shall be paid by the unsuccessful party or as otherwise ordered by the agency. If a transcript of testimony is required in the subsequent agency deliberations, the cost thereof shall be furnished to the agency by the unsuccessful party. (Ord. 85-12, 10-7-1985)
