Any proceeding initiated under this chapter may be concluded by stipulation, agreed settlement, consent order or default of the parties or motion and order of dismissal, if such disposition is approved by the agency before which it was initiated. If a proceeding is so disposed of, an appropriate order shall be entered and included in the case record. (Ord. 85-12, 10-7-1985)
