A. Docket: When a proceeding is instituted by the filing of a petition as provided in this chapter, the clerk of the agency shall assign it a number and enter it with the date of its filing on a separate page of a docket provided for that purpose. The clerk shall establish a separate file for each docketed case, in which shall be placed all pleadings, documents, papers, transcripts, evidence and exhibits pertaining thereto; and all such items shall have noted thereon the docket number assigned and the date of filing.
B. Filing Fee: There shall be a filing fee in the amount of ten dollars ($10.00) which shall be paid to the clerk of the agency at the time of filing of the verified petition. (Ord. 85-12, 10-7-1985)
