1-8-4: CRIME VICTIM COMPENSATION ACT:
   A.   Provided By Statute: Wyoming Statutes section 1-40-101 et seq., provides for a crime victims compensation act in which surcharges are to be assessed in certain criminal cases in addition to fines for criminal offenses when a defendant pleads guilty or nolo contendere.
   B.   Extended To Municipal Court: Wyoming Statutes section 1-40-101 et seq., is hereby extended to the Wright municipal court for all violations set forth in the state statutes and which are processed through the town municipal court.
   C.   Powers And Duties Of Municipal Judge: The municipal court judge shall have those powers and abilities which are set forth in the Wyoming crime victim's compensation act under the same conditions and guidelines as set forth in the Wyoming crime victim's compensation act.
