All commercial, industrial and residential development shall be required to make provision for connection to the town water and sewer system. Where impractical due to terrain, this requirement may be temporarily waived only by the approval of the water and sewer board. Any alternative method of providing water and sewer service shall be designed by a professional engineer licensed to practice in Wyoming and approved by the town building official through issuance of a permit to construct.
