A. Mayor's Endorsement: The mayor shall endorse approval of the plat after the assurances have been approved by the town council, and all the conditions of the planning and zoning commission's action have been satisfied. (Ord. 93-9, 6-14-1993)
B. Signed Copy Returned To Applicant: The mayor will sign one reproducible Mylar of the subdivision plat subject to subsection A of this section. One copy of the signed and recorded original will be returned to the applicant. (Ord. 2002-2, 4-8-2002)
C. Filing With County: It shall be the responsibility of the administrative official to file the plat with the county clerk's office within thirty (30) days of the date of signature. Simultaneously with the filing of the plat, the administrative official to the planning and zoning commission shall record such legal documents as shall be required to be recorded by the town attorney.
