A. Promulgation By Administrative Official: The administrative official shall, from time to time, promulgate such forms, checklists, applications and fee schedules as are necessary to provide for the smooth processing of subdivisions and upon approval of the planning and zoning commission, such supplementary documents shall be placed in a subdivisions master form file and be made available upon request to the public. B. Copies Available: The administrative official shall, at all times, have copies of these regulations and any supporting forms, checklists, applications and fee schedules available to the public in the office of the town clerk-treasurer or other designated town office. (Ord. 93-9, 6-14-1993)
