10-1-5: INCONSISTENCY:
These regulations supplement all other laws, regulations, ordinances or resolutions. The more restrictive requirements shall apply where they are at variance with other laws, regulations, ordinances or resolutions. (Ord. 93-9, 6-14-1993)
