9-7-1: ADOPTION:
A certain document on file in the office of the clerk-treasurer of the town of Wright, being marked and designated as the international fire code, 2006 edition, including appendix chapters B, C, D, E, F, and G as published by the International Code Council, be and is hereby adopted as the fire code of the town of Wright, in the state of Wyoming, regulating and governing the safeguarding of life and property from fire and explosion hazards arising from the storage, handling and use of hazardous substances, materials and devices, and from conditions hazardous to life or property in the occupancy of buildings and premises. Also regulation of the erection, construction, enlargement, alteration, repair, moving, demolition, conversion, occupancy, use, height and area of all buildings and structures within the town of Wright and each and all such regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of the international fire code, 2006 edition, as herein provided; providing for the issuance of permits; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said fire code on file in the office of the clerk-treasurer of the town of Wright are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this chapter, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in section 9-7-2 of this chapter.
