To maintain the orderly movement of pedestrian and vehicular traffic consistent with the safety of children attending school in the town, the Campbell County school district may employ and use adults and students, hereinafter known as school crossing guards. School crossing guards shall be authorized flagmen and shall have the authority of flagmen when in the course of their duties. (Ord. 96-5, 3-11-1996)
