If penalties are not set forth in the uniform bail and forfeiture schedules for specific statutes, then the penalty for violation of this chapter shall be as set forth in the applicable statute. However, if no penalty is set forth in the statute, then the penalty shall be as provided in section 5-2-13 of this code per violation. (Ord. 2003-06, 1-26-2004; amd. 2007 Code)
