A. No hunting is allowed within the limits of the town, except as provided in this section.
B. This limitation shall not restrict or impair the ability and authority of any law enforcement officer or town official, when acting in the course and scope of his or her official duties, to do or engage in any of the acts which are otherwise prohibited by this limitation, when reasonably necessary or appropriate in the course and scope of those duties, and which are consistent with promoting the public health, safety, and general welfare of the town.
