5-3-24: ENFORCEMENT:

The civil and criminal provision of this chapter shall be enforced by those persons or agencies designated by municipal, county, or state authority. It shall be a violation of this chapter to interfere with any officer in the performance of his or her duties. (Ord. 2001-8, 9-24-2001)
