§ 32.50 RULES OF PROCEDURE.
   The Historic Landmark Commission shall adopt rules of procedure subject to approval of such rules by the Board of Aldermen for the conduct of its business. The Commission shall keep a record of its members' attendance and of its resolutions, findings and recommendations and the records shall be of public record.
