§ 32.48 COMPOSITION.

All members of the Historic Landmark Commission shall be residents of the town. A majority of the members of the Historic Landmark Commission shall have demonstrated special interest, experience or education in history, architecture, archeology or related fields. All members shall serve without compensation.
