§ 32.43 SUB-COMMITTEES.
   (A)   Subject to the prior approval of the Board of Aldermen, in exercising the powers and duties set forth herein, the Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee may appoint sub-committees composed only of appointed members of the Committee.
   (B)   Under certain circumstances the need may arise to create a sub-committee made up in whole or in part of citizens of the town who are not members of the Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee. Formation of such a sub-committee shall be of a temporary nature to address a specific purpose and shall not be authorized without approval of the Board of Aldermen. The actual appointment of sub-committee members who are not already members of the Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee shall be made by the Board of Aldermen. The Recreation Advisory Committee may provide recommendations to the Board of Aldermen pertaining to the selection of non-committee members for appointment to a special sub-committee.
