Each member shall be appointed to serve for a two-year term. Members’ terms shall run from February 1 through January 31, or until a successor is appointed. Members may be appointed for no more than three consecutive terms. Any person who has previously served as a member of the Board for three consecutive terms cannot serve a subsequent term until at least one year has expired since the end of his or her last term.
