§ 32.26 ISSUANCE OF CIVIL PENALTIES.

Police officers employed by the town shall have the authority to issue civil penalty citations for all town ordinances made specifically punishable by civil penalty. In addition, the Ocean Rescue Director, the Lifeguard Captain, and any Park Ranger shall have the authority to issue civil penalty citations for all town ordinances made specifically punishable by civil penalty.
