§ 32.21 DUTIES OF CHIEF.
   The Chief of Police shall have control over the Police Department under the general supervision of the Town Manager. The Chief shall keep the Town Manager informed of the Department's activities and make such reports as the Town Manager may from time to time require. He shall perform other duties as may be required of him by the Board of Aldermen and Town Manager.
