The following fees shall be charged under the provisions of this subchapter:
(A) For the filing of a permit and initial inspection in connection with a permit application, a fee of $5 shall be charged.
(B) For every and all inspections subsequent to the initial inspection in connection with a permit application, a fee of $2.50 shall be charged.
(C) Total inspection fee will in no case exceed $10.
