Suggested sketches and structural systems are provided for the guidance of all applicants and owners desiring to construct such structures; however, individual tastes and aesthetic appearance and finish shall be a matter of choice to the applicant insofar as it is acceptable within the aforementioned building codes and ordinances of the town.
