(A) Applications filed for permission to construct an access structure, stair, ramp, or walkway as set out above shall be accompanied by a properly executed agreement, which agreement form may be obtained from the Building Inspector of the town.
(B) The form of agreement shall provide assurances by the applicant to construct a temporary and removable access structure, stair, ramp, or walkway eastward of the building line which shall be subject to removal by applicant or owner upon proper notice and request by the authorities of the town as set out in this subchapter.
