The Planning Board shall consist of seven members, all of whom shall be citizens of the town and appointed by the Board of Aldermen. All members shall be appointed for two-year terms or until a successor is appointed. Members' terms shall run from February 1 through January 31. No member of the Planning Board shall serve more than three consecutive terms. Vacancies occurring for reasons other than expiration of terms shall be filled as they occur by the Board of Aldermen for the period of the unexpired term.
