The employees of the Fire and Police Departments of the town shall make a report to the Director of Public Works (who in turn shall provide such report to the Building Inspector) of each building or structure which such employees know or suspect may be unfit for human habitation or dangerous within the scope of this chapter. Any such report shall be delivered to the Director of Public Works within 72 hours of the discovery of the building or structure by said employees of the Fire and Police Departments of the town.
