§ 32.02 FIRE DEPARTMENT MEMBERS.
   (A)   The Fire Department shall consist of both volunteer and paid members.
   (B)   The Fire Chief shall be responsible for establishing ranks within the Fire Department. The Chief shall do so in accordance with existing town ordinances, policies and other applicable federal or state laws and regulations. All members of the Fire Department, both paid and volunteer, shall be eligible to hold rank.
