§ 132.99 PENALTY.

Violation of this chapter shall constitute a misdemeanor. Any person convicted of violating this chapter shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $50 or by imprisonment not to exceed 30 days. Each day during which a violation continues shall be determined a separate and distinct offense.
