All residents of premises in any area where filming activities may cause an inconvenience or an interruption of normal activities are required to be notified at least five days prior to the filming of the date and time such filming is to be undertaken. Such notice shall give the residents the name, local address and local telephone number of a person employed by the production company that can be contacted concerning such filming. The Town Manager, or his or her designee, may require signed acknowledgments from such residents acknowledging receipt of such notification in the case of unusual filming circumstances or where the residents may be particularly sensitive to filming activities because of the location or configuration of the surrounding area.
