A production company shall be required to utilize Wrightsville Beach law enforcement officers together with appropriate equipment as determined by the Town Manager to assist in any circumstance where traffic is affected by the filming activities or where such activities may cause crowd control problems.  The determination as to whether law enforcement officers and equipment are needed and the required number of law enforcement officers and equipment shall be made exclusively by the Town Manager.  In the event law enforcement officers and associated equipment are required, the cost of such shall be paid by the production company in accordance with the schedule referred to in § 116.05 above.  All payments for services must be paid prior to release of any deposit made by the production company.
