§ 116.03 TOWN MANAGER TO ISSUE PERMITS.
   Permits required under the provisions of this chapter shall be issued by the Town Manager or his designee. Applications for permits shall be submitted utilizing forms provided by the office of the Town Manager and must be submitted to the Town Manager at least seven days in advance of any activities requiring issuance of such permit.
