§ 113.40 LICENSEE AND EMPLOYEES; PROHIBITIONS.
   Licensees under this subchapter shall not, and neither shall their employees:
   (A)   Suffer or permit any gambling on the licensed premises at any time; or the sale or use of any racing, football, or other parlay cards;
   (B)   Suffer or permit the licensed premises to become disorderly; or permit any profane, obscene, or indecent language thereon;
   (C)   Suffer or permit any intoxicating liquors or narcotic drugs to be sold, kept, or consumed on the licensed premises; or
   (D)   Suffer or permit any person under the age required by law to possess or consume alcoholic beverages on the premises.
