§ 113.36 APPLICATION FOR LICENSE.
   (A)   An application for the license shall be made upon forms provided by the Town Clerk and shall contain all information necessary for the Board of Aldermen to act upon the application. In addition, there shall be a block to be checked indicating the applicant has read the entire chapter regulating public amusements and will comply with the rules and regulations therein.
   (B)   Completion of the application authorizes the Board or their agents to verify the information contained therein by checking official records within the framework of the National Privacy Act of l974.
   (C)   Completion of the application authorizes the Board or their agents to inspect the premises, so licensed, upon reasonable notice at reasonable times without a search warrant to determine if § 113.40 and § 113.41 are being complied with.
